All religions are about control and manipulation of their followers and anyone who disagrees with them, so not unique to jws .

You can't even provide independently verified evidence of a miracle worker called jesus, and the events that occurred at the supposed crucifixion eg temple curtain ripped in two ,darkness for three hours, earthquake and the holy ones walking out of their tombs. And that only happened about two thousand years ago .

The Hebrew word Yom means 24 hours, a solar day ,exodus 20 : 8-11 Israel were to work for six days and rest on the 7th day "Yom " same word used in genesis. So not a thousand years.
Majority of Christian religions believed a 150 years ago that the creation account was made up of 7 days of 24 hours period. It was only pesky science that made them change their time scale.
So the serpent in the story didn't lie ,they didn't die in a day ,yom a 24 hour period of time.
The Adam and eve story is a myth, there's a similar story in the epic tales of galgermesh.

Can you please provide independently verified evidence that a miracle worker called jesus existed, the four gospels were written decades after the so called events by unknown authors so not eyewitness of the events ,and independently verified evidence that the events of mt 25:51-54 actually happened as even those who didn't believe in jesus would have witnessed those events and so you would think that someone would have recorded them.

The war scrolls, part of the dead sea scrolls ,written by the essene sect . Interesting there are similarities between the war scrolls and the book of revelation apart from the final outcome. The war scrolls predates the book of revelation.
When doing a deep study of revelation do so in comparison with the war scrolls and see if they influenced the author of revelation.

And jws will be praying for the destruction of Babylon the great for the injustice they are responsible for, which will include born again Christian. Mormons and other Christian religions will be doing the same because of their interpretation of jesus and the bible.
Islamic religions will be doing the same wanting the destruction of all religion too.

Interesting the book of Matthew was written by a unknown author some 40 years after the so called events and doesn't claim to be a eyewitness, the earliest copy of Matthew is dated around 250/60 ce .
So how can anyone with any certainly make any claims as what was said and what was meant by the words Matthew 26:27,28.
